Welcome to Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa.  Opening in April 2023 our hotel embraces modern, contemporary design and finishes, with rooms offering clean lines, sleek furniture and luxurious bedding and amenities. Settle into our handcrafted love seats built into the windows and enjoy the view of the garden or the rice paddies and river.

 

We are boutique retreat, allowing you to escape from the crowds after a day in the Old Town, touring and exploring. Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa features a stunning cascading pool with pool side service, wine cellar, restaurant and bar as well as our Organic Spa, all at your fingertips. Enjoy a cocktail while you watch the sun setting over the river, while the moon rises over the ocean.

We are also dedicated to the environment. Elites Riverside Hotel & Spa is the first destination in South East Asia, to be certified green by HQETM - France. To obtain the certification, the design and construction of the hotel required sustainable design and construction principles with strict attention to preserving and maintaining the environment. We maintain this commitment to sustainability and the environment in everything we do.

  • From 14:00 to 18:00: 50 % room rate surcharge (24 hours in advance)
  • After 18:00: Full charge (24 hours in advance)

Early check - in

  • From 01:00 to 06:00: Full charge
  • From 06:00 to 10:00: 50% room rate surcharge
  • From 10:00 to 14:00: Free of charge (subject to availability)

 

  • Children under 6 years old : Free of charge
  • Children from 6 years old to 11 years old :
  • VND 200,000/pax/night
  • Children from 12 years old and extra adult:
  • VND 300,000/pax/night
  • Extra bed : VND 450,000/night (included breakfast)
  • Room rate is not applied on public holidays and firework competition occasion

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
 

Low season

  • 10 days prior to your arrival : no fee will be charged
  • From 10 days to 3 days prior to arrival: charge first night
  • After 3 days prior to arrival: charge 50% of total room rate
  • In case of noshow: full charge total room rate

High season

  • 20 days prior to arrival: no fee will be charged
  • From 20 days to 7 days prior to arrival: charge first night
  • After 7 days prior to arrival: charge 50% of total room rate
  • In case of noshow: full charge total room rate.

Elites restaurant with modern design should bring you a cosy and friendly place with delicious dishes which are served by our dedicated staffs. Our restaurant could serve over 100 pax. You could enjoy the city view as well as our Western and Asian food.

Service hours: 6:00am – 10:00pm
Breakfast service hours: 6:30 - 9:30am
